Note: Adaptation of IT Security Guidelines
To meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, IT security has been increased starting from firmware 6.1.2. Directly deactivating device passwords via remote access through the Solar-Log WEB Enerest™ 4 portal is therefore no longer possible.
How we can still help you: Our technical support can deactivate the passwords for you, but requires written authorization. Please follow these steps:
- Download Document: Download the Letter of Authorization.
- Send: Send the completed form to us via our Contact Form.
- Activation: After verification, our support team will deactivate the passwords together with you via TeamViewer.
This ensures that your system data is protected according to the latest security standards.
